The tool lists every active channel in use within the co-channel separation distance for that band, ranked so the channel most likely to be clear (nearest interfering transmitter farthest away) is at the top. Interference is evaluated across the full channel bandwidth, so a nearby assignment on an adjacent frequency counts against a channel.
